Meeting Minutes from October 6 1947
Minutes record the council meeting with chair Dr W G Miller, noting apologies, financials including receipts, payments and auditor’s satisfactory report. Resolved to appoint B H McDonald as trustee, declined leasing the reserve for stock, agreed road works and grants, and various correspondence, sign postings, weed control, wages, allotments, and asset changes. Inspector’s and Overseer’s reports adopted. pig and dog licensing actions specified.
