Burra Golf Club Holds Annual Meeting
The Burra Golf Club held its annual general meeting at the Club House on Saturday October 3 with Mrs Roy Jeffery presiding. Sixteen associates attended and tribute was paid to late Mrs J R Barker, longtime Associate President. John Barker donated a silver salver Grace Barker Memorial Trophy to the year’s top O75% net aggregate scorer. Secretary treasurer Mrs Gardner presented a balance sheet showing a sound but cash-tight financial position.
