Burra Town Council Holds Regular Meeting
The Burra Town Council met Monday evening with His Worship the Mayor and six councillors present. Actions included denying use of footpath for a drive into Best Pisce pumps, approving fence opening for children's playground contractors, and approving plans for Duldig's Cafe bakery extensions. The council agreed to fund road repairs, called tenders for materials, and tabled cedar chair repairs. Grasshopper pest concerns and debt liquidation plans were discussed, with several motions carried and meetings adjourned.
