New Traffic Provisions Detailed In RAA News Bulletin No 21
The series explains the New Road Trade Act to take effect April 1. Vehicles must not travel abreast in the same direction except to pass. Two bicycles may ride side by side, and horses at most two abreast within 12 miles of Adelaide. Left of the road must be kept when passing. Rear lights must be visible to 200 yards, with additional green front lights for wide loads and horse-drawn vehicles.
