Reflectors Required On All Bicycles And Tricycles
New regulations require every bicycle or tricycle used from half an hour after sunset to half an hour before sunrise to display a red reflector on the off side rear stay. The reflector must be at least inch in diameter, fixed vertically, clean, unobscured, and not project more than inches to the rear. It must be visible to a person with normal vision from 150 feet behind. These rules take effect July 1, 1984.
