Minutes show approval to lease a reserve between Sections 355 and 424 Hd Terowie for £1 per year and discussions on loans, fire pump acceptance for Whyte Yarcowie, insurance changes, and power to declare a special rate. Appointments include N G Tiver as Fire Control Officer and new knapsacks. Notices cover patrols, road use, and local committees.
