Burras Club Loses to Walkerie in 500 600 Yard Match
Burras Club shot against Walkerie Club at Wallerie in a special 500 and 600 yard match. Eddy Hopkins topped the day with 64 and earned a silver spoon from Walkerie. Burra captain thanked Walkerie for hospitality and invited a return match. Nine Burra members fished after, bringing home a "feed" of fish. Next Saturday the championship moves to double 700 yards.
