Lunches for School Children
The sensible mother should include Una milk or cheese in the lunch. Wholemeal bread sandwiches with fillings like grated cheese and celery or tomato, and mashed hard boiled eggs with parsley make nutritious options. Add whale lettuce, dates, nuts, raisins, bananas, apples or pears, and finish with fruit to cleanse teeth and promote health.
