A route from Thomson's Brook to Kirupp station was adopted and a motion to rescind a previous road closure near Preston Agricultural Avenue lot 265 passed. March 7 was set as the last day for licensed dogs and valets may be kept without owner prosecution. The Commissioner of Lowes was asked to permit a callet February 9 for a revision court. Lands and Surveys notified a sandpatch deviation on Thurnton Brook road had prior survey status and Little Camelop swamp and reserve near Minnigup bridge were declared water resorts. Hinde applied to close a road to his and Lyona's property. the board declined. Bach sought fencing of a road for Anderson. this was not approved. Public Works sent ore grant conditions. matter held. Secretary to inform the Inspector of Schools that Boyanyp school lies outside the board's district. Ecclestone proposed a western ward from Quarries road with one member, to be considered alongside Sanderson’s recommendation. Accounts totaling £20 143 7s were approved for payment.
