Accounts for calls are billed half-yearly and due within 14 days. Messenger fees apply for calls to residents within or beyond telegram free-delivery radii, plus standard telegram charges. After-hours office openings require deposits of 6d for the first hour and 6d for each additional hour, per office, with payment of usual rates for all messages. Only the payer may transact during special hours unless other parties pay the stated charges.
