A highly successful Red Triangle Appeal concert and gift sale took place in Brunswick. Honorary organizers Dr. Joseph Waxman and L. Raphael ensured a busy program with Empire Orchestra, acts by Yates Godfrey and the Falvey Sisters, and local performers. A sales hall at Town Hall raised funds, with proceeds around £8. The Xmas fete runs Friday and Saturday with stalls, a large Xmas tree marquee, and bands from Brunswick City and Tramways, Scott Ladies’ Pipe Band taking part.
