Trout Fishing Season Opens With Display In Perth Window
The Pemberton branch of the Fish and Game Society with the Perth Society staged an extensive display of photos and ova samples in Hay street to welcome the trout fishing season. The local branch thanks Mr. Martyn Darcy for his help making the display attractive. The season began last Thursday night with active angling and work on new holding ponds is to start within two weeks to aid spawning in winter. Members are reminded to pay club fees to avoid license restrictions.
