Promised July implementation introduces two methods for income tax deductions. Group scheme applies to employers with ten or more employees using tax instalment deductions. under ten employees, stamp method with wages record book replaces current practice. Registered group employers continue current deductions until June end, then switch. Smaller employers must obtain a wages record book from post offices, buy new stamps, affix them to each employee’s wage record, and have stamps cancelled monthly.
