Bowen court case on gate removal and unlawful entry
In Bowen, on Wednesday before magistrate Court, Robert Bull sued Alex Miller for £5 damages for wrongful entry and removing a gate and three ponds from subdivision 1, section 5, of Bowen lawn. Miller admitted removing a gate. plaintiff Wood complained of trespass and burglary, jury verdict 6 to 5 in favor of plaintiff with costs.
