Hewand mt execuiae 4/300 to Wayong

Fragmented text suggests a local item about a payment or allocation to an entity or person named Wayong, with unclear surrounding names and dates. The readable fragments mention a group or committee and a schedule in the evening, but key names, places, and exact actions are garbled. The piece appears to be a damaged brief describing an administrative decision or payout.
