Hospital Sports and Procession Triumph for Kennedy Fund
A large fundraising day for Kennedy Hospital combined sports and a street procession led by the Town Band. The event drew many spectators, with prizes awarded for races and field events, and stalls run by Red Cross Indies and local clubs. Over 400 excursionists from Proserpine attended, and the night concert by the Anzac Choir capped a day of strong takings and community effort.
