In Dellicknora Tellicura at the family homestead on Monday night Mrs John Cullen killed her three children and herself using strychnine after a note stating no one was to blame. Reg and Harold Tigram alerted authorities as the bodies were taken to Delegate and then to hospital. Coroners ruled the mother administered the poison to the children and herself before dying.
