Moratorium and money debt cases heard at Cooma Court
At Cooma District Court before Mr Justice Nield two matters were adjourned or contested. A moratorium order was sought by Peter Joseph against Agnes Maud Bryant under the Real Property Act and Moratorium Act 1982, with the matter stood over for a month. In the second case Peter Joseph sued Thomas Rodden for £303 17s 2d on accounts stated. Rodden planned to plead never indebted, with evidence of prior dealings and partial repayments amid disputed account entries and bill transactions.
