Frost and wedding plans mark dull town week
The severest frost of the winter was noted as Friends of Misa Ella Murphy hosted a kitchen tea at the School of Arts to celebrate her approaching marriage. Misa Ella Murphy and Mr. M P Gerahy are to wed in the R C Church tomorrow morning with about 60 guests. A separate incident saw N Overend’s cart overturn near Mr Foley’s residence spilling seven gallons of cream. The council recently spent about five pounds clearing a stump on the street, left in place to caution drivers.
