Cup pass to Bridgetown Bowling Club in 1927
The Challenge Cup first competed in 1924 and was won by Greenbushes. Greenbushes held it in 1925 26, Bridgetown won it in 1927 and kept it after a sequence of challenges through 1931. In 1982 permission was granted for Bridgetown to win it outright. The cup later moved to Mr E L Mitchell. A Bridgetown figure proposed a Town Hall glass case to display all district trophies.
