A provincial frost imperils Manitoba wheat fields after a promising season. Early frost damages low land and black soil regions, while high dry farms escape major harm. In Birtle this week the wedding of Miss Ruth Ella Cumming to Mr. Frank Morse drew large crowds at the Methodist Church. The ceremony, with Rev.
