Wakeman and wife, of North Jud9on, appeared in the Starke Circuit Court, Monday morning and petitioned the Court to adopt the 6 months old, orphan daughter of the late Charles Gollnick and wife. The father died when the babe was 6 weeks old and the mother when she was 4 months old. The petition was granted and the happy coupl9 with their daughter, Dorothy Belie, left for home.
