Christian Knarr Dead.Christian Knarr, a well knownfanner living four miles southwest of town, died at 3 o'clock yesterday morning after a long illness.The deceased was born in Pirmassens, Germany, July 14, 1842, and came to Decatur county in 1857 from the same German town as the Zoller, Metz, Menzie, Kammerling and Link families, and like them has prospered and been a credit tothe community. He was married to Mariah Shalles May 10, i860. She is left to mourn withthree sons and three daughters. Funeral services will be heldat 2 p. m. tomorrow, Rev. W. H.Reynolds officiating.
