Traction engines spark debate in Henalla shire council

A deputation of traction engine owners led by Messrs Ashmend and Thomson urged the Henalla shire council to avoid restrictions, citing widespread use and substantial investment, including about 200 engines and assets near a quarter of a million pounds.
