Presentation of trophies by Air Vice Marshal W D Bostock highlighted a well attended close with praise for volunteers and court prep. An exhibition match featuring Drobny and Sturpepess was announced for January 17.

Mrs Leak Widow of Henlla Factory Pioneer Dies

Mrs Mary A Leak aged about a half century died this afternoon at Benalla. Widow of the late Mr Joan Leak who for many years conducted the Henilla factory at West Hu. The funeral proceeded from the parlors of Mr E Abbott who had charge of the funeral arrangements.

A Benalla party including Messrs G West E West W West and A Schults arrived with an 87 pound cod on the Murray River at Yarrawonga about 8:30 Monday morning. It is hailed as the biggest fish caught on the Murray in years. Well Known Tatong Resident Passes

The death occurred at Tatong on December 20 at age 84 of Mr. Michael Maher. Born at Stewarton, he married Miss Catherine Alice Cummins of Melbourne.
