Glenrowan Carrier Hurled To Hospital After Sheep Run
The Glenrowan carrier Mr. J Auburn Newton and a local footballer were admitted to Wangaratta District Hospital with multiple lacerations to the face and head when his semi-trailer carrying 120 sheep ran off the highway on Saturday. The three year old escaped injury and 30 sheep were killed.
