Local factory sharehold meeting on amalgamation with Wyndham

A Friday meeting of local factory shareholders at the hotel discussed abandoning the local plant and forming a combined venture with Wyndham to build a factory at Scott's Hut, tear Wyndham. Wyndham supporters proposed shipping cream from here and Honeysuckle to Wyndham, but the plan was rejected.

School of Arts meeting discusses salaries and nominations

A Sterixa committee meeting chaired by F J Filner passed accounts of £20 for payment and agreed to raise the billiard barker’s wage to £2 weekly. Nominations were received for president, vice presidents, treasurer, and committees. Contingent nominations were allowed pending the annual meeting on the 14th. A plan to loan a team to the Bega District Teachers’ Association for an ambulance class was approved, with a term fee fixed at 106. A dispute over billiard table priority was upheld, and it was advised to revise the rules when the law committee is appointed to clarify forfeiture.
