Province male count 363,787 and females 284,048. ethnic makeup includes British 54.5 percent, French 4.9, German 11.9, Austro Hungarian 9.1, Norwegian 4.2, Swedish 2.5, Russian 0.45.
Walter Halliday arrived yesterday morning from Lougheed Alberta and is reported in Winnipeg for service in the Flying Corpus. He was received in storeport and slated for duties with the unit.
A daughter was born to Mr. and Mrs. J. D. Noel on August 8. The arrival adds a new member to the Noel family.
