Notice states the partnership Neelands and Ling of Barrie dissolved by mutual consent on Reb 28th 192. Debts owed to the firm are to be paid to John H. Neelands and all demands presented to him. Neelands and Ling authorize settlement of all debts due to and by the partnership.

Tyrolean Yodlers perform at hospital course. Auditors near completion of town books. Various local meetings address school board and town business. Bennetts, auctions, and merchandise sales advertised. several court cases and sports results noted.
The Presbyterian Review notes the induction of Rev. Alex W. Craw, formerly of Warkworth, to the charge of Vanneck and Ilderton at Alderton. A social gathering followed in Vanneck with Rev. Ballantyne presiding.
The Board of Trade resumed after a year to consider aiding Hansman brothers of Port Hope establish a sheepskin tannery in Barrie. A committee will confer with the Hansmans. town tax relief water and light free, plus a $3000 five year loan and land purchase were proposed. The meeting elected Mr. Lamb president and urged strong action to attract industry.
Sergt Robt Colborne of No 5 Company 35th Regiment is killed when a yard engine strikes him after he steps onto the track near Barrie. He served with Roberts in India and at Majuba Hill. A military funeral follows with full honors at Union Cemetery.
SINCOE OLD BOYS Association held its yearly dinner at the Temple Cafe in Toronto on Thursday evening. Nearly one hundred former students and guests attended, many now prominent in business and professional life. Dr Beattie Nesbitt chaired, readers sent regrets from several provincial leaders, and a long toast list followed with musical interludes and cordial speeches about Canada Parliament and the old home.
The Midland Free Press notes Joseph Goodfellow of Barke for years pushing a legislative effort to exterminate the barberry shrub pest impacting Simcoe County farmers. Losses from the shrub have been tremendous and its destruction is deemed inestimable to the region.
