Property improvements and timber works on Dolmadul Park
The report details Thomas Cain of Buedlios Marsh managing Dolmadul Park. It notes clearance of about half the 1200 acre estate, removal of timber for station and fuel, and installation of water systems including a 408 gallon tank fed from roof and a 00 gallon tank. Cain’s plans include fencing, new sheds, a yard complex, and additional water supply. Cain is praised for practical, broad improvements, with stockyards and paddocks built to support dairying and farming, and plans to expand amenities and fencing over several miles as he acquires more land.
