Weakness and illness relief via beans and organs

A fragmented 19th century note praises diet with beans and certain foods to cure weakness and influenza like ailments. The writer mentions pain, operations, and diet adjustments, referencing an experimental path and personal health observations. Names and places are garbled, but the tone supports a personal medical anecdote about diet effects.
