Hecht, pastor of Faith Lutheran church here for the past three years, has resigned to accept a pastorate on the University of Oklahomacampus at Norman, Okla.He will serve as the full-time minister for Lutheran students, faculty and staff members at the university.A Lutheran cliapel will be built at the university.The Rev. Mr. Hecht will preach his farewell sermon at the local church on Sunday, Sept. 8 and will leave the following day for Nor-man.He will be accompanied by his wife, Susan, and their two-year-old son, Herbert.The Mt.
