He was identified as Delmar W. Cook, 40, who came to Sidney only a short time ago to work for am oil concern.Friends told Sidney Police that Mr. Cook had eaten breakfast at a restaurant at about 7 o’clock and -then had returned to the hotel before reporting for work. He died shortly after he was discovered by the hotel clerk.The remains were to be shipped •to Hays tonight (Tuesday) by The Gehrig Funeral Home forfuneral and burial services.Mr. Cook is known to be survived by his wife, Cora, and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Cook of Hays. He was born January 7, 1912, at Hays and had sp^nt most of his life there.
