Family dinner marks anniversaryOn Saturday, October 7th, a family dinner was held at the home of Garnet and Leeann Hyndman in honor of the 50th Wedding Anniversary of their parents, Elgin and Eloise Hyndman. Ron Hyndman. acting as Master of Ceremonies said Grace, proposed the toast, read congratulatory messages, followedby Garnet Hyndman and BonnieRobinson relating episodes from their growing op years. Telephone calls were received from granddaughters Wendy Brennan, Calgary and Seanna Hyndman, Vancouver. Both Wedding attendants of Oc-tober 12, 1939. Muriel Nichol and Vernon McIntyre were present. A dainty lunch including fruit cake especially made for the occasion by Elgin's mother, the late Mrs. Glady's Hyndman. brought a memorable evening to a close. Cliff video taped much of the activity.
