A birthday party for Wesley Everett Townsend, 5 years old, was given last Saturday afternoon by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. C. Townsend, at their home on South Second street. Forty children or more came to the party, showered their young friend with birthday presents, and participated in the fun such occasions afford.Mr. and Mrs. Robert T. Fleetwood, of Chestertown, Md., have announcedthe birth of their second child, a son, who will bear his father’s name, Robert Townsend Fleetwood, 2nd. Thfchild was born last Thursday, September 27, in the hospital at Chestertown. He is a grandson of Mr. and Mrs. I. R. Fleetwood, of Denton. _~ • i 1 I
