Those present were Martin, John E., Lorain and Samuel Marsh and wives Patience Marsh, Thomas Smalley, Andrew Willis and wife, A1 Williams, wife and daughter, Earl Smalley, Mrs. Fomorin, G R. Patterson, wife and daughter. A beautiful knife and fork was presented to the aged mother by her grand children and a set of knives, forks and spoons were given to the daughter, Patience Marsh. After dinner the pastor Wm, B. Brown administered the Sacrament of the Lord’s Supper, the aged mother 101 years, and all of her children and others partaking of the bread and wine. The company was dismissed by saying the words of Christ “Ye shall not drink again of the wine until you drink it anew in my Father’s Kingdom.”
