BY VIRTUE OF A DECREE of the COURT OF COMMON PLEAS for Aiken County, dated May 18, 1994, in the case of MARY CRAIG, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF ESTATE OF JOHN CRAIG, PLAINTIFF, -VERSUS-ANNIt BELL CRAIG SI ALLINUO, MARION CRAIG, ESTER CRAIG, JULIA CRAIG PARRISH AND JOYCE CRAIG HENLEY, DEFENDANT. The Master in Equity for Aiken County will offer for sale at public outcry, to the highest bidder, in the Aiken County Courthouse at Aiken, South Carolina, on Monday, June 6, 1994, at 11:00 A.M., the following described real property, to wit:ALL that certain tract or parcel of land situate in the former Hammond School District No. 7 in the County of Aiken, State of South Carolina, containing sixty-eight and one tenth (68.1) acres, more or less and bounded, now or formerly as follows: NORTH by lands of Laura Crawford; SOUTH by lands of G. T. Rausey and S. W. Scott; EAST by lands of Laura Crawford; SOUTHWEST by lands of S.W. Scott; and WEST by lands of T.D. and F.A. Golphin. The said tract is more fully represented on a plat thereof made and copied by F.A. Golphin; less, however, two (2) acres conveyed unto L.D. Stallings and Annie Bell Craig Stallings by deed of Arthur M. Craig dated May 12, 1952, and recorded in the Office of the RMC for Aiken County in Title Book 143 at Page 88. Being the remaining lands of 68.1 acre tract of land heretofore conveyed unto Arthur Craig by deed of A.G.
