BUILDING WORK STARTS IN PAN-TEX, NEW OIL TOWN| Actual construction of building* in the town of Pan-Tex, the new oil village In south Hutchinson county, Is under way,A hotel will be started Wednesday and a number of buildings for stores, restaurants and other mercantile establishments will be nnder way before the week is out, according to M. M. Wallace of Amarillo promoter of the town.Construction of a garage and filling station is expected io start early ihis week. Mr. Wallace returned late last week from Graham, Wichita Falls and other north Taras oil cities and reports that at emery point he found a growing interest in the Panhandle oil field.
