At that time Krogers reacted to the-sentiments of the community end did not follow through. We am' understand from a business viewpoint the desire of the store to secure a permit, they are. a company in business for profittiThis is a profitable Hem, We do find it objec-. tlonable as one councilman said to have three places so kose together in the north end of town with licenses. Thete is e great deal of discussion from time to time about the trouble arising from one of these permits. As far as Krogers is concerned We are glad for the fine service and products they have brought to town and their presence in 4 the community has been a real asset. The community bos also been an assist to Krogers ht patronizing then fine business. So why disturb the relation now? There is an opportunity to express yourself against the permit. Petitions ora available in the Churches and Community to say you do not want Krogers to sell beer and wine. If you haven’t had opportunity to sign one, calf and we will see someone will give you the chance. 1 would like to see $alumt'l,(WO or 1,J00 signatures in the next few days.
