Concord — Tuesday evening, fellow police officers of the Concord force gathered at the Carbone restaurant in Maynard to honor Sergt. Fred Nolan, who yesterday retired from the force after 32 years of service., Following the dinner party, attended by the 16 permanent officers, he was given a present of fishing equipment and also re-' ceived a purse from the Concord Police Relief Association.
