D., 1914, the President and Board of Trustees of the said village, shall consider a petition filed by a majority of the legal voters of the said village praying for a change of name from the Village of DeYoung, Cook County, Illinois, to that of the Village of Burr Oak, Cook County, Illinois, and said petition having heen filed in the office of the Secretary of State of Illinois for upwards of 60 days, and the said Secretary of State’s certificate having been issued and received, setting forth that such name has not been adopted elsewhere in this state.Therefore, It Is Hereby Ordered, that on the above date, to-wit: the 20th day of March, A.
