Mum-mert. 21, New Oxford R. 1, entered pleas of guilty Monday evening at a hearing on burglary and larceny charges before Justice of the Peace Robert P. Snyder.The three were returned to the Adams County jail to await court action following the hearing.State police brought the charges against the three alleging they stole gasoline from equipment of the Kirk Construction Company September 3 in Conewago Twp. and in burglary and larceny of the Bair Cabinet Works, November 15.The Gladfelters were placed in jail Friday to await hearings on the charges. Mummert had been in Jail for some time on a charge of operating his car after his license had been suspended.MRS. MONROE V.
