Daity and Company Limited Albury announces forthcoming auction entries with multiple market sales in June and July. Cancellations include the Large Special Cattle Sale at Wodonga and a Wodonga sale date due to truck delays.
Public auction at Albury on Wednesday July 14 at 2 20 pm from the trustee of the late Mrs Emma Edmonson with Younghusband Limited selling the Forest Hill estate. Lot 1 about 23 acres includes a large two story brick house and Lot 2 about 64 acres mostly suitable for residential sites. The sale is absolute and may be bid as a whole or in parts with liberal terms announced. Also covering fortnightly and monthly rural sales across Albury and Corryong listings with livestock cattle and sheep entries.
Tallangatta hosts its monthly bale market with entries invited for ACEANE SEED Tan worth Broad Leaf seed sold at 1 shilling 9 pence per pound forward or 1 shilling 10 pence if booked. Full sacks delivered freight paid to railway stations in New South Wales. The Victorian Producers Co operative Co Ltd at Albury plans a fortnighly market at Albury Municipal Sale Yards offering prime wethers ewes lambs and mixed store sheep plus pigs at Dean Street rooms. Auctioneer Alf Michell invites submissions of property for bale on date.
