A detailed report outlines corrective steps for electric mains including tightening slack wires on angle poles, using neck insulators, clearing tree obstruction, adjusting cross arms, and lowering risk from wind. It calls for stronger poles, reel tar, revised pole spacing, safer street switch wiring, and updated distribution routes in multiple wards with explicit street references.

Dalgety and Co. lists sailings from England to Albany and Australian ports. Ceramig (White Star) departs Liverpool August 20, Aberdeen ship departs September 17, Vohe (White Star) October 15, Buevier October 22, Runie November 20, Demosthenes December 17 from Aberdeen and Liverpool.

Reports covered road repairs to Marbellop road and sanitation depot funding, health inspections noting diphtheria cases, TB and hydatids, and ongoing rat control.
