J Roberts and Sons, manufacturers of patent apparatus for grills, invite money investment on freehold or other approved security via the Melville Exchange, dated 4th June 1851, referencing Port Adelaide and Queenstown.
Messrs T and F announce thanks for two years of patronage in the Colony. They promise continued London experience in locks safes and security devices. Services include strong rooms iron doors bells alarms stoves ranges brass work and brass finishing with repair and fabrication of ventilators and mathematical instruments.
The South Australian Agricultural and Horticultural Society lists prizes for the annual Flower Show to be held at William Street on September 26 1851. Awards cover best collection of flowers two for fruits and various citrus displays with judging and exhibit arrangement guidance. Doors open 2 pm for submissions and 6 pm for the show proper at Freemasons Tavern with admission for all.
