The Adelaide Times Office announces a large assortment of new goods and services now ready for printing newspapers book-work and any description of letter-press printing. The office boasts a style equal or superior to any and offers competitive terms opposite the Adelaide Commercial Exchange.
The Economic Investment and Loan Society notes that members pay monthly subscriptions of 2 cents per share at 10 percent compound interest. Borrowers may obtain small loans at 10 percent on personal bonds or mortgage, with withdrawals allowed on a month’s notice. Unemployed capital deposited earns 10 percent, with similar benefits for rural members. Loans require security, and the society aids small savers for old age or sickness, with members allowed anytime by paying back subscriptions and sharing profits. Subscriptions are payable on the first money of each month at the society office adjoining Mr Platts Bookseller Exchange Portico.

Also advertised are stationery items such as inks papers envelopes cards drawing supplies and assorted office goods along with cigars tobacco pipes and related accessories.
