Rockwood inquest rules Burgess death accidental
In Rockwood on Monday evening the inquest into the sudden death of the late Wm Burgess on Labor Day evening returned an accidental verdict after witnesses were examined by J M Kearns of Guelph and Coroner Dr Buart of Guelph. The funeral last Thursday drew a large crowd with services led by Rev W J Taylor and Rev John Little. Interment was in Stone Church Cemetery. pallbearers included I G Fletcher W Forrester Thos Forsythe Wm Forsythe John Coulson and Roy Allen. A brother Fred of Mitchell survives.

Funeral Held For Mrs David H Wilson At Eden Mills
The funeral service for the late Mrs. David H. Wilson was conducted at home and at Eden Mills Cemetery with Rev. M. Gandier Rev. Carman Dyer and others officiating. The community extends sympathy to Mr. Wilson in his sudden bereavement. A church youth outing and corn roast took place on Mr Ross Argo's grounds by the river Saturday evening. G R Rudd of Guelph completed exterior renovations on the United Church, improving its appearance. Congratulations to Mr and Mrs Geo Wright on the birth of a son.
