Milton plans for a modern shopping centre and apartments
A Toronto real estate firm outlines plans for a large shopping centre on Bronte Street east of Bronte. The project between Heslop Road and Anne Boulevard envisions 20 to 22 stores, underground parking, steam rooms, and a seven storey apartment block with about 100 suites, with potential for a 160suites option. The firm also proposes a second office level for professionals and a separate 100 to 165 suite building. Another Milton project will go before the planning board later this month for an apartment complex with similar amenities.
