Accidental Burns At Hight Leather Works And Auto Crash
At Acton and District Utanda two incidents left people injured. Ralph Wince sustained severe burns to hands and forearms while a leather tanning machine injured him. a nearby worker shut the machine and freed him. In a separate crash, Dr Willian Somerville, his wife Mrs Somerville, and daughter Wilma were in a car collision near North Way. the car overturned into a ditch and was partially trapped with repairs needed before release. All were hospitalized with varying degrees of shock and injuries. Dr Somerville was later released.
