Acton Redmen defeated Milverton 9 2 in Acton Tuesday to force a fifth game in the IOLA Junior D playoff series. The Redmen played tight defense, outshot the Lions 83 to 2, and revived hopes with a decisive win, though Milverton still leads 2 games to 1. A large crowd watched the revamped Acton lineup with Townsley back on defense and Hutt centering Mowat and Bastell. The next game is Saturday in Milton at 9:60 p.m. to decide if a sixth game is needed on neutral ice early next week.
